The Pilot Project: A Foundation for the Three Zeros Initiative
In our commitment to realizing Dr. Yunus's Three Zeros initiative, we initiated a pilot project through a collaborative opportunity established with RIMT University. This opportunity was facilitated by our company's Founder and CEO, who holds the distinguished roles of Law Student, International Ambassador, and Counselor of the university.
Instead of accepting a consultancy fee from international consultants, our Founder and CEO chose to redirect these funds to participating students. This initiative provided a platform where students could transition from tutoring others to meet their educational expenses to becoming entrepreneurs, earning a substantially higher income while working from home. This structure effectively addressed the concept of Zero Unemployment outlined in the Three Zeros framework.
For precise guidance throughout the project, each participant was provided with a researched and meticulously prepared guidebook and a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to ensure mutual trust and reliability. This project also created an opportunity for a significant number of students to directly engage as University Representatives, based on their preference.
Scope and Outcomes
The scope of this international project included:
• Operating the project under the necessary authorization of the local trade license.
• Executing comprehensive online and offline marketing campaigns across all university's admission examinations.
• Officially notifying the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the project's activities.
• Equipping every entrepreneur with all necessary work materials incentives and gifts.
• Establishing key international partnerships.
• Conducting site visits to the head offices of the most prominent admission coaching centers and IELTS coaching institutions across Bangladesh, along with several colleges and branch coaching centers.
