This project outlines INROLL-MENTOR's core model for commercial expansion and service distribution. It is designed to scale services nationally and internationally, both before and after the main Head Office campus is fully developed.
Objective: To achieve company growth, increase the accessibility of services, and generate employment opportunities through local entrepreneurs.
Service Areas: The franchising branches will provide a range of services, including:
Consultancy & Counseling: Legal, health, career, study abroad, real estate, government formalities, and travel planning.
Language Training & Skills Development: Training for IELTS, TOEFL, various foreign languages (Korean, Japanese, Chinese), and professional hard/soft skills.
Commercial Activities: Project planning, event management, export-import operations, and e-commerce.
Software Development: Designing and deploying software solutions for branch operations.
Expansion Model: Branches will expand through separate partnership agreements with local franchise owners.
Benefit Structure: Eligible, honest, and ethical franchise owners will be given the opportunity to be appointed as a member of the Board of Directors, ensuring their rights are represented and allowing them to participate in policy-making.
